    Xbox Starting Games Unknown Error


    Hi,

    I keep getting a message telling me to give it another try. If it happens again visit xbox./errorhelp and enter the following code: 0x97e107df

    When i go to xbox.com and search that code it says it doesnt exist. How is this even possible? What can I do to resolve the issue?

    It’s happening right now to a bunch of people including me! How does a multi million dollar company like Microsoft manage to [mod removed- profanity] up like that?!? Literally making xbox’s around north america unuseable!

    This to me is just a proof that when you buy online games from them it really means nothing because they could not work at anytime and not be worth anything!

    You'll have to try contacting microsoft support we dont have many solutions to that except hard resets and trying to reset your internet that we can provide on an unknown error
