xbox smartglass fable anniversary

I am also having this problem. Purchased the smartglass guide as well. Tried all advice and it still won't connect. Hope MS gets it up and running.

 

I'm dubbing this "experience the black screen of death" since they already had they problem with the red dot of death or w/e it was called when Xbox was the first one was showin a red dot and crashing..... If the is wrong im not sorry don't understand what
is going on here and it's uber frustrating.....

 

It is frustrating as hell. Especially since I can't find the 360 smartglass app in the Windows Store anymore, and I only uninstalled it because it was the suggested possible fix. This is *not* a way to win my support, MS. Fix your issues, and give me the
content I paid for.

 

Andriod 6.0... Issue still not fixed

4 months of this being a known issue between users, 2 months of it being "looked into". I'm not hopeful and it's not the first time I've had issues with MS, without any solutions that MS can provide. It's rediculous. I can tell you now that I won't be wasting
my money on anything MS again.

Same problem. Re-downloaded smart glass on my iphone to play the game and it says "there's a problem starting this experience". Really sucks.

I am having this same issue as well I have tried accessing it with a windows 10 computer an android smart phone (Samsung galaxy S6) and a Amazon Kindle Fire all 3 devices connect to the dashboard just fine even the remote works fine but once I start the
game all I keep getting is the "there's a problem starting this experience" error and the try again or cancel buttons I see this has been going on for quite awhile let me know if you need any more information
