xbox smartglass fable anniversary

I've been trying to use xbox smartglass with fable anniversary edition and every time the app starts up I get a "there's a problem starting this experience" error and I don't know how to fix it. Anybody have this issue and get it fixed?

It's an anniversary edition, looks like the graphics have had a complete overhaul. Some gameplay improvements and smartglass support.

Me too! Can't find information about this anywhere. XBOX tells me that smartglass is available and that it is connected. Then it allows me to use as a controller but doesn't load maps and all the other stuff it claims to do.

Looks to me that it doesn't work. I'm not a computer noob and know how to connect my router and home network components.

We must be the only two people using Smartglass I guess. I just wanted to try it and see if it's useful but it doesn't work. Too bad guess I'll move on. Muse suck if no one uses it.

 

Same issue here, with SmartGlass on iOS. It recognises that I'm playing Fable Anniversary, but then I get the same error message in the app.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with the app. Are you all using iOS like rufioh32? If you haven't already please be sure your phone is fully up to date. Also, try removing the app, restarting your phone and re-downloading it to see if there's any change.

I also have this same issue. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5.

All my software is up-to-date, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Smart Glass with no change.

I also tried the app on a up-to-date ipad as well. I have used the ipad in the past to play this game and it worked fine, but now it comes up with the same error message "There's a problem starting this experience"

I bought the Fable guide as well, would be nice to use this app.

If anyone has a solution it would be great!

Galaxy s5 active here, same... uninstalled and reinstalled, no change. Hope they find a fix for this soon.

 

The app has never worked properly. From day one. I don't think it'll ever be fixed, to be honest.

 

Same as above. App runs, logs in and recognizes Fable is running on 360, but "problem starting this experience" forever.

Having the same problem. Running Android 6.0.1 on a Nexus 9 tablet. This is such a let-down, I really wanted to use the features.

Im also having the same problem. I have an android tablet, VK810. Its 4G but also hooked up to home wifi same network as my xbox. Ive also downloaded the app on my android phone,Samsung SM G360V. Ive installed, reinstalledon both and it still doesnt work.
I really hope you fix this issue. Ive been waiting to play Fable Anniversary for quiet sometime and id really like to use this app.
