Xbox Siege free with 12month Live subscription

Purchased 12 month Xbox Live subscription under the Promotion that I would get Tom Clancy Siege for free. Contacted support and they told me I would get the code on December 15th, It is now the 17th and I still have no code and no record that I ever even
purchased a promo deal.

Xbox live subscription with RYSE digital download code promotion not received

Hi came across a promotion on the xbox store while using my xbox one.

Purchase xbox live subscription 3months- 12months and received a free copy of RYSE digital download code.

I received and invoice stating a purchased 3months xbox live subscription but no mention of the RYSE download code.

How do I receive this code??

Unfortunately phone/chat support do not handle promotions so they do not have correct information regarding them. The terms of that offer state that the codes will be sent by January 31. If you don't receive it by that date, you'll need to post back here.

 

Unfortunately, I looked everywhere and there was no information regarding the fact that there was a wait for the code, and that is the reason I got in contact right away with support (which I agree they can't seem to help me). I did also see that you replied
to other posts on this issue telling people that they will receive their code by December 15th. So why do I have to wait an extra month and a half considering I bought the promo back in early November and why you giving others different answers?

 

Sorry, I got it confused with a more recent promotion for the game. You are correct that codes should have been sent out by the 15th for that promotion. The terms of promotions are listed on the bottom of the offer. Forum support will check into it for you
during the week and post back here.
