    Hi can someone help me with why my xboxs side tab not popping up when i press the home button and it just going a dark/faded and not showing the tabs ive reset it unplugged it and factory reset it can someone help me

    Pop up side bar not working

    i'm having the same exact problem and i'm not able to figure it out. i have to keep resetting and instead of the side bar opening, it just dims my screen down.

    Okay first of all, Edge on Xbox One can't get viruses. If you're having problems with malicious pop ups then you can use

    THIS GUIDE     to help you get the tab closed.

    Secondly, if you're having trouble with your controller please visit Xbox support and if need be request a repair.

    And lastly, the grass isn't greener on the other side. Trust me, I know.
