Discus and support Xbox shuts off or reboots to home screen. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My xbox series x keeps shutting off or reboots back to home screen.     Xbox shuts off or reboots to home screen.


    My xbox series x keeps shutting off or reboots back to home screen. It just randomly started happening and never had this issue. Any advise or ideas are appreciated. I haveaster reset my console and it continues to do the same thing.

    Perform a reboot as well once per week. With the console on, press and hold the power button on the console for 5-8 seconds until it shuts off. Unplug the power supply, wait about 30 seconds and then plug it in and reboot. You should see the green splash
    screen upon reboot. It may take a minute to boot all the way to the home screen. If you did not see the green Xbox splash screen, please redo it.
