Xbox Shut off for heat prevention

Hello, my xbox started to shutoff at the same point in Snowrunner, im playing in 4k (I have the Xbox One X) and i noticed that texture and game took aobut 20 seconde longer than noramly... when booting back it always prompt me with temp warning msg...

My xbox is in an open area and has no heat source near it.

Ive opened it up completly and changed thermal paste (was dry and cracked) and cleaned all dust (not that much)

nothing change its just faster on loading thing up but still crashing after 20 sec into gameplay... when pausin the game Fan goes off.. when going back to gameplay FAN is maxout and then xbox shutoff bcz of heat.. i got warm hot air coming out of it . not hotter tthan normal tho...

Ive try downloading second extinction and game ran fine wihtout shhuting off..

any idea ?

All low work app like disney and small game dosnt do it.

Have you tried power cycling your Xbox? Press and hold the power button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. Turn it back on by pressing the power button again.

Can you verify that you console is up to date?

Connect your Xbox to the internet then press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide

Navigate to Profile & system (your account icon)

Select Settings (Gear-shaped Settings icon)

Select System > Updates & downloads > Update console.

If you see a grayed-out No console update available instead of Update console, it's because you're already up to date.

Have you tried running the game at a lower resolution to verify if the console is having difficulty displaying it at a high resolution? This will provide us with more insight as to whether this is a console issue or a game specific issue.

If you're able to play other games at 4K resolution without experiencing overheating issues and you're confident that the issue is not caused by the environment that your console is in nor the console itself, then your best option may to contact the developer of the game. Is there a loud fan noise? There might be a lot of dust that is preventing the system to cool properly so it is shutting down due to heat. You have the system in a well ventilated area off the rug correct?

Also check to see you are not blocking the vents and over heating it. Rumor is the reason the xbox 360 was so good is because it is an overclocked processor. Any heat stress at all, and it freaks out and shuts down to prevent a meltdown. Just a rumor.
But heat is a big problem.

Chances are if it's shutting completely off it is over heating. Is the xbox in an enclosed area such as an entertainment center or close to a heat vent, dvr, tv etc?

It might be over-heating. Like a PC, if it detects that its over-heating it will shut down in order to prevent further damage. I recommend contacting Microsoft Xbox Support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX and tell them the issue in order to go to the next step and getting
it shipped.
