Xbox showing permanent suspension

Firstly I want everyone who sees this who has received a random suspension without any reason listed on enforcement.xbox.com to leave a comment below. If you've received this ban and log into the enforcement website but see your account In good standing comment below. As for Microsoft when will this issue be resolved and why haven't we seen you attempt to address this problem sooner? I would like to note the email was received prior to the checking of enforcement.xbox.com

Also it has been showing alot of people permanent suspension when in fact it is a shorter suspension. My account currently shows a permanent suspension but support told me it is a 1 week suspension.

It's most likely not permanent, but there is a suspension. There's an issue with the notification system showing everyone they have a permanent suspension.

Reddit is full of people trying to get answers to this people who are so confused why their account is permanently banned for no reason what's so ever and Microsoft won't do anything to fix the problem. I'll make as much noise as possible because I will not be ignored

Oh I'm very aware but Microsoft has been trying to keep these unjust bans as quiet as possible and I'm being as loud as possible because once someone important gets ahold of this information the story will spread and Microsoft won't be able to ignore people they've wronged
