XBox settings to play Fortnite

Just purchased XBox one S Fortnite bundle. Set my child account to "Teen" settings and Fortnite will NOT load. Error says that " You cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up. Your parent can customize your XBox Live privacy
settings for your profile..."

The problem is that there are MANY settings! How do I know which ones to change? Under Communication & Multiplayer, I have him "allowed" to join multiplayer games. All other settings in this category are set to "Friends". They are, "Others can communicate
with voice, text or invites"; "You can use video for communications; and "Others can see your activity feed".

His content settings are set to 14.

Any help on what settings I need to change to allow him to play Fortnite is apprciated.

You need to change your privacy settings in order to play Fortnite. It's under the settings for your actual Xbox account.

 

Xbox live sharing

It is 100% set as my home xbox. It allowed me to play Fortnite but not Modern Warfare 2

One of the important settings for Fortnite is: You can see and upload community creations
Because Forrtnite does have users building and creation during the matches.

 

Xbox One has age-appropriate controls and settings that you can adjust to suit your family’s needs. Access these settings from either Xbox.com or an Xbox One console—though you can only change content and app settings from the console.

From Xbox.com Change privacy and safety settings for you or a child

1. Sign in to the adult's Microsoft account at Xbox.com.
   If you’ve forgotten your account email address or password, see the
   
   Lost Account Solution or the
   Lost Password Solution.
   
2. Under My Xbox, select Profile.
3. Select Privacy settings or Online safety on Xbox One.
   Due to the secure nature of these settings, you may be asked to enter a security code that we’ll send to the alternate phone number or email address previously saved to your account.
   
4. Select the account you want to look at.
5. Review the settings currently in place and update those you want to change.
6. Save your changes on each tab before moving on to the next.

I understand the instructions and that is not the question. The question remains as to what specific settings need to be chosen in order for my child account to access Fortnite.
