    Xbox settings redirecting to beta support


    I have been trying to join a Minecraft realm with my friends. However, the error message that says to adjust settings popped up. I attempted to follow the url, but i got redirected to Xbox support instead. I tried to go to my Xbox profile, but it ignored
    my requests and continued to redirect me.

    This is very wierd because my friends were able to change their settings without issues. I even tried on a different device, but no avail. I continue to be redirected to the support page.

    Is anyone able to help?

    Hello there!

    Regarding your issue, you will need first to sign in to your Microsoft account and make sure that your account is not under 18. If the account is an adult, you will need to check your Microsoft family to see if you are added there as a child. If you are added to a Microsoft family as a child you will need to be removed from the family by the parent account.

    After your account is removed, then you will be able to change the settings yourself.

    You could also, try changing browsers and devices to see if that will resolve your issue.

    No its not like that. Ok so I am going to play MCPE then when i signed in it says i can't play servers because my privacy settings isn't set up properly and it gave me this link:

    and that redirected me to that support site and i tried editing my xbox account but it always redirects me to that support site.

    If you're posting from the same account as you applied to the beta with, a support staff will look in to giving you access to the beta forum. Once they read your post.

    As for your other issues, those are best redirected to the beta forum once you gain access.

    Is there any way I can opt out of the beta site? Maybe my account is somehow linked with the beta site for xbox, so it automatically redirects me there instead.
