Xbox service problem

Note: The xbox was in a decive fixer in 2023-2022 back then, My brother has also reseted it and still it didn't get any better (was resetted in feb 2025)

Try removing your cache then re-downloading your profile.

Have you checked all the info, payment acct + other is current, at

If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See

but a faster way to speak to an Agent is to go to
http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to
support.xbox.com/contact-us

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

Hey there! It actually has nothing to do with your connection at all. If you go here:
support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup and click on the code, you'll see that once updating your payment information isn't work, you'll want to contact Support. You will want to talk
to Billing since they handle payment options. If you are in the US or Canada, you can call 800-469-9269 to get some help. Good luck! I hope this helps out.

Sorry for the issue with the games. We recommend signing in to
Account website. Once signed in go to subscriptions and see if it shows there. If you still are unable to see it, we recommend to request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request a call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
