    When I'm connected to the internet on my xbox it says it all good but when I try to add an acount or visit the store it says something went wrong

    Meanwhile youtube app on my xbox wirks well and I can olay videos

    Hard restart and start again. All online services have that risk and we undertake it for the sake of gaming.

    If all your games have uninstalled, you will need to reinstall them. All your save data is saved to the cloud so you shouldn't lose any of that.
