    Yeah, the servers are still online. Hope it stays that way for a while longer. EA are notorious as shutting down servers.

    Obtaining achievements from games no longer available?

    Once a games server is shut down then there is no way to get any online achievements.

    The servers shutting down is down to a games developers,not Microsoft.

    They usually close them down due to cost,lack of use or the developers are no longer around.

    DLC for Forza 2 is no longer supported. They have shut down the servers.

    All friends appear offline, no one can join my party, and i cant create or see group posts for games

    Most of the time, xbox servers go down unexpectedly and everyone goes through it playing xbox live with friends and all. Xbox Servers usually go back up in 1-2 hours. Occasionally, it’ll take longer.
