Xbox server connectivity blocked,possible due to teredo issues(windows 10)

Hello everyone,i got windows 10 pro(fully updated)and i get the usual teredo issue while trying to play forza horizon 4(i can play sea of thieves normally).When i check it from xbox networking i get a Nat Issuepen but Server:blocked ,thus not being able to play forza horizon 4 online.I have tried nearly everything from the solutions offered online.My teredo interface server state is as it should be,meaning that

type:enterpriseclient

server name:win1910.ipv6.microsoft.com

client port:3544

state:qualified

Nat:cone

NatSpecial behaviour:UPNP:YES

PortPreserving:Yes

Network:managed

Then went to Local Group Policy Editor and did the following

Set Teredo Client Port and select Enabled, then set the port to 3544. apply.

Set Teredo Default Qualified and select Enabled, then select Enabled State. apply. This should force the Teredo state to remain qualified.

click Set Teredo Refresh Rate and select Enabled, then set the refresh rate anywhere between 8 to 30 seconds apply.

Double click Set Teredo State and select Enabled, then select Enterprise Client

And Set Teredo Server Name(same as server name from teredo interface server state)

I have tried everything and it should work but it isnt.Teredo Tunneling Adapter is missing from my PC. I have tried to find it in device manager and it is not there. I did select show hidden devices but it still does not show up. I than tried to install it from the device manager via add legacy hardware, but it does not show up in the list under the Microsoft section.

P.s:for antivirus i have the Bitdefender Total Security

it seems that i managed to solve this but i couldnt figure it out because my antivirus was blocking the teredo adapter.Someone please close this thread.
