Xbox series Xbox backup Ups

I have Xbox series x . I suffer power outages in my home while using Xbox series x and it turns off in a way that I feel it could be damaging in future for the hardware itself and the SSD especially. Is a back up Ups a necessity in my case or its not necessary ? Please tell me what does Microsoft support recommendations in my case . because some would say plugging back up ups could also damage the internal power supply of the series X ?

Plugging the Xbox directly into the wall is the way to go but since you suffer power outages, i don't see why you can't use a UPS to protect the console. I'll suggest you do a research for the best ones for your series X and get that.

To my knowledge it backups your saves not the entire game, so when you log into a new Xbox your saves are there.

But is it possible to manually bak it up, and be able to restore that backup later?
