    Xbox series x wouldn’t load past starting Xbox screen. Ten second hold on power button to turn off, then disconnected cable and waited one minute, plugged back in. Same issue. Repeat steps multiple times then repeat steps and do a hard reset holding eject and connect until trouble shooting screen. Reset and keep games. Set up to sign in point and can’t sign in. Try resetting, alternate Mac clearing, cache clearing, reset. Still can’t sign in.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues signing in to your console. I understand you have tried your best to make it work.

    I would like to confirm if you have the sign-in option but when you sign in it only loads nonstop, is that correct?

    Can you please try to sign in on the website at account.microsoft.com and see if you encounter any errors?

    Xbox series x won't update or install games or apps

    I currently have this issue. Was in the middle of Starfield and the power went out. Didn’t come back on until 20mins later. Didn’t think to get back on because it was late. I get on after work and Starfield needs an update but none of the apps will fully load. I can open apps/ games and it’ll load but it won’t get past loading screen. I reset the Series X but kept the apps and games. And now I can’t even sign in.

    I can't seem to get past the green loading screen. have tried 5 hard resets; i also left the green screen on overnight hoping it would break through, am I SOL?

    I wasnt even able to get past the green loading screen after hard reseting a couple times last night, so I cant access the factory reset with keeping my stuff.
