    I have never had an issue with my Xbox One nor my new Xbox Series X up until a couple days ago. My console is hardwired/ethernet cable directly into my router/modem. All other devices in the home are working fine and staying connected. Xbox will not stay connected. Keeps connecting for a couple seconds and then disconnects. Kicking me out of games repeatedly, won't connect to EA servers, can't watch anything on streaming services straight through (Netflix, etc.). This is very frustrating and aggravating. I've reset the Xbox, disconnected the router, etc....nothing works. Any pointers (other than using this very expensive machine as a doorstop) is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi Dericka. I do not need to do that, I’m not sure if you have read my post, but I said this has happened over 3 years and multiple different routers and modems during this time. This is more advanced of an issue than “reset your modem”
