Xbox Series X Won't Start, Won't Let Me Factory Reset

My Xbox Series X is giving me trouble.

I tried turning it on, and it said there was an error: "Something Went Wrong" "System Error: E100 00000703 80910002" and there's nothing I can do about it.

1. Turning the xbox off, unplugging the cables, and then re-plugging them in after 4

2. If I try to simply restart the console, it goes to an "Updating" screen, where it says the update is 100% downloaded "Applying" on the left, and it says 60% on the right. Nothing happens there, until it goes to the same "Something Went Wrong" error screen. Seems I can't even turn off the console.

3. If I try to "Reset" the console to factory defaults, the same thing happens. It goes to that updating screen, and then eventually to the "Something Went Wrong" screen. Help!

Hi Jre22! Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's see what we can do about that here.

Have you already tried to perform an offline system update instead? If not yet, please try to do it. Just a heads up, if you tried everything and it's still doing the same thing, I am afraid that you would need to send your console for a repair. Kindly check the link below for the detailed instructions or steps on how to perform an offline system update.

Same here.

I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

Also Tetris connected won't open either.

I am also having this issue just purchased a new series x and factory reset it twice now but the box won't stay checkmarked

I own the game on the Xbox series x but it won't allow me to connect the game to my profile which is on the Xbox series x and so it does not let me play online, If that makes sense.
