    Xbox Series X won't log in to account.


    My Xbox series X will not log into my account when prompted. It'll have the logging in ring forever. At first I was standing by in a game and my controller stopped working. I thought it was the batteries so I put my battery pack in and it would automatically
    turn off after 2 seconds. I grabbed my other controller and the same thing happened. I hard reset my xbox and that fixed that issue. But now when I try to log into my account it will not log in whatsoever.

    Hey i was having the same issue after i signed out since my remote play stopped working. What worked for me to sign back in was that i held the power button on the xbox (white glowing one) until the system fully shut down. I then waited a few seconds and
    it restarted and it played the noise it first did when i initially got it to boot up. It then gave me the option to sign in and it worked. I hope this works for you bc i was getting really annoyed since it wasnt letting me log in and it just kept spinning

    XBOX game pass ultimate UK region. 2 xbox (one S one X).

    Please try logging in first to your account on the Xbox Series X console then log in with the child account. Try launching the game after that and see if it works. If it works and the game has launched successfully, try logging in to your account on the Xbox Series S console.

    I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

    Also Tetris connected won't open either.

    Hi,

    As Dempup has already stated, your games are linked to your account and all Xbox One games (with the exception of Kinect games) will work on your Series X. To get your games again you just log in with the same account on your Series X.
