Xbox Series X won't connect to Wi-Fi after latest update

I am sorry to hear about this issue. Have you tried connecting it as Wired (Ethernet Cable) to see if that would work? Since it won't connect other WIFI networks, there's a possibility that there is an issue with the Network adapter on your Xbox.

In the meantime, try the following steps:

POWER DRAIN (XBOX)

1. Make sure that your console is turned on then unplug the power cable at the back to turn it off.

2. Press the power button for about 15 seconds even though it's already off. (This will remove the remaining power on your Xbox)

3. Wait for 2 minutes and plug the power cable

4. Turn on console and wait for the dashboard to appear

5. Try connecting your Xbox to your Network and see if it works.

1. Make sure your Xbox Series X is powered on and ready for setup.
2. Use your controller to navigate to the Xbox dashboard. Press the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the guide. Navigate to the "Profile & System" tab and then select "Settings."
3. In the Settings menu, select "General," and then choose "Network settings. Choose "Set up a wireless network" from the available options. Select your network from the list, if your network is password-protected, you will be prompted to enter the Wi-Fi password.
