Xbox series x won't connect to the WiFi

It's my wifi won't connect to my xbox everything else works fine on the wifi but the wifi won't connect to my xbox one x

Same here.

I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

Also Tetris connected won't open either.

4. Do you have issues in selecting Test Network in console? Please follow the steps below:
   
   • Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
     
   • Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
     
   • Select Test network connection.

So I've connected wireless lying up until now, no other devices have issues connecting to my wifi, I get the error when I try and connect or test my connection.

Hello DivinityOmen, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your wifi.

It's possible there is an issue with the network card but we'd need to try an ethernet connection in order to test that. It's also possible it's an update issue but then you would need a flash drive for the update.

My apologies but it seems as though you may be stuck between a rock and a hard place here if you don't have access to contacting the service provider.

My best suggestion here would be to contact the person who is in charge of the wifi and ask if they can help you with contacting the provider or connecting temporarily with an ethernet cable.
