Xbox Series X won't connect to Internet/Xbox LIve

Hello Everyone!

A couple days ago the internet in my apartment complex went down. It recently came back and is working great for my laptop and phone. Although it seems that my Xbox Series X can't even connect to the internet or even the router! I tried everything, i changed my MAC address, hard restart and soft restart multiple times, changed to a wired network (nothing changed), contacted the internet providers and technicians of the building and even let the console sit untouched for a day.

Could this be a hardware issue, or a network issue? Xbox has yet to give me a thorough reason so instead i come here, asking and requesting the help of others to help me fix this. Any information would help greatly.

Did you manage to fix the connectivity issue? My Series X constantly drops connection to xbox live/internet despite an ethernet cable being used.

Same here.

I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

Also Tetris connected won't open either.

Same on muitiple xbox one x, xbox series x, xbox 360. Internet fine not connecting to xbox network.

I have the same problem, I can't connect to Xbox Live on the Xbox 360 games (on my xbox serie x) since few days 🤔 I precise I don't have any problem on the Xbox serie X games, I have that only on the Xbox 360 games.

My internet is perfect too (I live in Belgium)

I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.
