Xbox series X won't connect to certain game servers

There are several possible causes for this problem, such as network settings, router configuration, firewall settings, game updates, or console updates.

However, since you have already tried many troubleshooting steps and the issue persists on different Wi-Fi networks, it is possible that your Xbox console has a hardware or software defect that prevents it from connecting properly to some game servers.

To confirm this, I would suggest you to try the following steps:

- Check if your Xbox console has the latest system update. To do this, go to Settings > System > Updates & downloads > Console update available. If there is an update available, install it and then restart your console.

- Check if the games that are not working have the latest game updates. To do this, go to My games & apps > Manage > Updates. If there are any updates available, install them and then restart your console.

- Test your network connection on your Xbox console. To do this, go to Settings > General > Network settings > Test network connection. If you see any errors or warnings, follow the instructions on the screen to fix them.

- Test your multiplayer connection on your Xbox console. To do this, go to Settings > General > Network settings > Test multiplayer connection. If you see any errors or warnings, follow the instructions on the screen to fix them.

I am having the same issue with The Crew Motorfest. I have tried checking all updates above and tested network. I am connected and have all updates but the game still does not work. Any suggestions?

I own the game on the Xbox series x but it won't allow me to connect the game to my profile which is on the Xbox series x and so it does not let me play online, If that makes sense.

Same here.

I upgraded from the ultimate pass on Xbox one X to the series X but it won't let me claim it on the series X.

Also Tetris connected won't open either.
