Xbox Series X won’t connect to 5GHZ internet...

I don't understand on why my original xbox one was fine with 5GHZ but the series x just doesnt want to stay connected to it. And I'm unable to connect an ethernet cable as teh modem/router is no where near my xbox so I dont know how to improve the connection to my xbox

Yes then its mbps, and right now on my xbox series x is at 180 mbps. Currently I am using 5ghz wi-fi and I were wondering if 180 mbps is normal for xbox series x, because it feels like it should be more and I am not sure..
