Xbox Series X Wired Networking Issues

Hello. I’m an Xbox insider that tried to post this through the Xbox report a problem however due to the nature of the problem, at the time I need to report and send diagnostics/logs, the internet is down. It said it would send when network will return but I’m not sure it did so posting here. Same issue since December and I go through the testing routine again after every public system update to no success so far. I go to WiFi in between testing so I have a usable system online (but want to run the system on wired Ethernet). Details below:

I have had a wired networking issue on my XBox Series X simce i got it in December. I have tried different network cables, different network switches, and different internet routers as well as many suggestions online regarding network settings on Xbox. Alll other network devices work with same cable and metwork equipment flawlessly. I tried static and dynamic IP, clearimg mac, etc.
i found a way I can recreate the problem for me every time on wired ethernet: 1) Setup a couple larger games to be downloaded. It usually happens before I get 50GB downloaded however get 100GB of games queued just in case it takes a little longer. 2) Go to my games & apps>manage queue>queue 3) Watch the download,
4) At some point it goes from downloading at 100s of mbps to 0 and stops (goes to high speed to 0 quickly). At this point wired networking is crashed and xbox needs to be rebooted. This can be recreated 100% of the time for me.

During the issue, Current network status reads: Wired IPv4 Nat type unavailable Xbox.com/xboxone/Teredo Service info is unavailable

Restarting fixes it but issue can be recreated again and the above repeats.

After reading others people’s posts who are having the same issue, it seems this may be a wired networking issue. I unplugged the Ethernet and connected via wifi and it works fine. The wired connection issue with the series X is widespread and Microsoft needs to address this.

If you're using a wireless connection, please try connecting your Xbox Series X to the network using a wired connection to see if the issue persists. 1. Power cycle your Xbox Series X by holding down the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it turns off. Then unplug the power cable from the console and wait for 30 seconds before plugging it back in and turning on the console.

3. Check your network connection on your Xbox Series X by going to Settings > Network settings > Test network connection. If you see any errors or warnings, try to resolve them by following the suggested solutions.

4. If none of the above steps help, try to update your Xbox Series X's firmware by going to Settings > System > Updates & downloads > Console update available. Follow the instructions on the screen and wait for the update to complete. Then, restart your Xbox Series X and see if the network issue is resolved.

The Xbox series X is Hard wired with CAT 6. The TV and receiver are both wireless. I also use Blue-Ray 4K Disks (No network needed) and have the same issue. I have tried both, wireless and wired. I normally get over 800 Mbps.
