When I open games like FH4, Fortnite or COD, only after a few seconds in the game my Xbox shuts off completely (just the console and not the controller) also I never get any messages after it boots completely
back up by clicking the console's power button! It doesn't seem like thermal throttling since I would've at least gotten a message to let me know after its booted back up.

I tested other games like batman and halo and they run just fine under full load and the fans seems to be running just right and not ramping up as a result in overheating. I've also tried multiple displays
and TVs at different settings (60Hz 4k and 1080p) and I even tried an independent outlet incase it was the power supply not getting enough voltage from the wall, also completely restarted the console back to factory settings removing everything but no results
    unfortunately!

Is this a problem I need to send my console in for repair or is it a software bug that'd be fixed in future updates?

    :)

Did they happen to tell you if you need to send your console back in for repair or replacement or if its a software issue by any chance?

    Xbox shutting off

Visit xbox.com and login, then select an issue that provides the option of, "Still need help? Request a call, chat online, and more." - And then click the "Contact us" button. If you don't see the "Contact us" button the issue may not be supported by live help and point you to online docs or other procedures instead.

p.s. If you have an Xbox Series X, unexpected shutting down with certain hardware attached was an issue resolved with a very recent software update.

Yes I did this the other day and it still shuts down after I quit the game, I have checked all my settings and nothing is set for the series x to shut down when I quit a game.

    Xbox Series X Question

You don't have anything to worry about, I am 99% sure they won't be shutting down the Xbox One servers since Xbox announced that all previous generations of games would run on the Series X.
