    Xbox Series X UI issues - not scrolling


    Anyone encountered issues with the Series X UI? Since last night my console hasn't been letting me move more than one selection up/down/left or right when on the main home screen or in Settings. Once in a sub-menu it's absolutely fine and, bizarrely, if I apply the Magnifier then zoom out the menus all work fine..

    This happens with Elite 2 controller, standard controller, keyboard - so it's not the input devices. I've performed a hard reset and a factory restore and it still happens.

    Any thoughts?

    I see. Have you tried doing this exact step?

    Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    Hi, I did the reset via the Settings > System > Console Info which I'm able to navigate to if I apply magnifier and zoom out. No, not part of the Insiders.

    I totally understand that you are having issues with the console. No worries, I have here the link to request a service for your console, make sure to register it first:

    Once registered, click show details then Start a service online.
