Xbox Series X turns on, then shuts off automatically

Yes I purchased the console in Florida last year. Yes, I also opened the service request an I was given the response that they will try to fix the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved a replacement will be provided. I already shipped the console to Florida and from there it will be transferred to the nearest UPS delivery location to be delivered to its final location (Microsoft Service Center). So far to ship the console to the US has cost me approximately $100 usd.

Yes, I purchased the console directly from Microsoft and I have 6 months remaining on my warranty.

Did you buy it new? If so, can you take it back to the retailer and have them swap it out for a new one, given that it was only purchased recently? I'm not sure what specific consumer rights you have in Trinidad, but that would be a better option than sending it in to MS.

The Xbox that is having a problem, did you buy it in the same country you currently reside in?

Generally, when a service request is opened, they give all the details to follow up with support. Have you opened the service request? What did you receive in response?
