Xbox series x turns on showing the xbox logo, but upon it ending im left with a black screen

Hi Danny! Let's work on this together.

First, power cycle your console. Please remove any external device or storage that's currently connected to your console. Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug it from the power source for few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

If it didn't work, try to reset your display settings:
On the console, press and hold the Power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
Press and hold the Power button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You'll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Don’t let go until you hear the second beep or see the console start-up in low resolution mode (the Xbox start-up screen will appear slightly pixelated).
This will start-up your console in low-resolution mode (640 × 480).
To change this setting, press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide. Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options, and then select the resolution that you want from the options under Display.

If your console is not on stand by it takes longer to boot up. It will show the green screen with the loading dots and then go to a black screen for a minute then show the xbox logo. Are you turning it off on the black screen before the logo appears? If
you can turn it on then quickly hold the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug it for 30 seconds from the outlet then plug back in and try powering back on again. Hopefully it will be able to boot up no problem.

My game won't load at all. I end up at a black screen and if I try to turn my xbox on with the game in tray, it gets stuck at the 360 logo intro screen. Defective copy?

When I turn on the One I get the usual green screen but after that I get a long black screen and the the Xbox logo shows up right in the centre of the black screen. It's almost as if it tries but fails to grab the update. Also, unfortunately, I only have
the one Xbox One ha.

Im having the same issue but when I try turn mine off normally the xbox logo flashes like its trying to donwload something it stays there for like 5 mins then the console resets back to the green screen and then followed by a black screen
