    Xbox series x turns off randomly playing certain games


    Playing games like Hell let loose, Forza Motorsport, Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

    I can rule out overheating. It is well ventilated and a new console.

    Did a hard reset and any other recommendations.

    I’m having a very hard time and I am upset. All I wanna do is play it. I made a service request and will be sending it in. But before I’m with nothing for a while I’m wondering if maybe, just maybe the problem may be on my end. Again it is with certain games, no overheating or notifications something was wrong, and is well ventilated and new.

    Did you reset it by keeping the games and files?

    Another option you have is to do a system reinstall via USB.

    But If you already opened the service request, I recommend you follow it through, as this might be a power supply issue or something of the sort.

    Most likely yes but the xbox one wont be future proof aka wont be able to play certain games in the future the xbox one x will be it will eventually turn into an older console but still will be able to play the game the series x can
