Xbox series X teredo network error

I have a virgin hub 3 & my Xbox series X & my son's on a different room have teredo network msg in network settings, managed to hotspot off my phone so know my xbox works, I've tried open ports, disconnected firewall, I'm at a loss now.

The xbox series x runs on other networks this has been tried and successful

When i reconnect it to my network i recieve this:

(NAT TYPE:UNAVAILABLE)

xbox.com/Teredo

This does (NOT) Affect xbox one

You could try it that way but you may end up having to put a router between the hub and the modem itself.

Do you think it I change the hub to modem mode then connect a router this may work, it's so frustrating after working fine for 4 months

Hello Colin, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

I'm afraid the issue here is with the Hub. Xbox has never played well with Hubs or Gateways. The best I can recommend here is a direct connection to the modem if possible.
