Xbox series x startup update error

I got a xbox series x today and while updating it for first time in startup internet connection lost for few second and it reconnected again. After download completed i got error e100 00000703 80910008 Everytime i turn it on, rest it, offline update it and so. It doesn't show me anything else it directly go to update page after turn on or resting and show me the same error.anyone can help me please?

I don't know if these server problems are related to the updates they do for the game.

I remember not long after I installed the game on my Xbox series x last year it received an update a day or 2 later and I started getting a server error message on my Xbox series x yet on my Xbox one x the game played fine without an error message.
