Xbox series X starts, (lights up) but doesn't load to the guide or games

I was playing Splinter Cell Double Agent on it yesterday and everything was working fine, I just started it up and nothing.

    All the things I tried;

I can turn the console on via the controller but not off/turned console off then on via console button/unplugged console for 1 minute, reconnected then pressed console button/tried different controller/tried switching HDMI ports/turned TV off then on.

The TV is on the correct line, HDMI 2 "Game" but the screen is blank.

I really need some help, I've only had the console for a month, it gets good air flow, I put a cover over it to protect from dust when done playing

    :)

the Xbox already has a stabilizer system included inside the xbox, and microsoft advises you to always plug it straight into the socket.

but as I told you, if nothing worked, request the repair.

It is an Xbox Series X

Yes, I've been searching online and trying everything I've found with no results.

Again, I've tried 3 HDMI cables, my TV has 3 HDMI ports, tried all 3. I switched out the controller that came with the console with the Hyperkin Duke controller no change. The console is powered by one of my APCs for protection, I tried plugging it into a regular outlet no luck. I tried unplugging the power cord for 10 secs, 30 secs, 5 mins and then 10 mins, no luck. I tried putting a movie DVD in, no change. I shut my TV down then restarted, (because at the bottom left of the screen it says no signal.

One of the 1st things I found, eject game disc, power console off then pressed and held the eject and console power button for the beeps, (1st series of beeps are the console starting up tones, then the flashes then 2nd series of beeps shutting down tones).

I did try holding the 2 buttons longer hoping a low-res screen/guide would pop up but no luck.

I can feel the warm air from the fan and can hear the disc drive make a click, (activation sound?) during the startup process.\

I paid for the console but didn't buy the console, my son-in-law followed bunches of online store sites to find the console at its original price of 499.00 so payment is under his name at the store it was purchased from.

Thank you for contact us! I'm Anderson, an Independent Consultant and a Microsoft user like you.

    good afternoon

Have you tried changing the hdmi cable? Or the TV connector?

    try resetting the resolution:

If there is a disc in the console, eject it.

On the console, press and hold the Xbox  button for 10 seconds to turn it off.

Press and hold the Xbox  button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear one beep immediately and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash before the second beep. Don't let go until you hear the second beep or see the console boot into low resolution mode (the Xbox boot screen will appear slightly pixelated).

Note If you have an Xbox Series S or Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you will need to press and hold the Xbox  button and the Pair button, as your console does not have an Eject button.

if nothing works I advise you to request repair

it is necessary to register the product on the microsoft website and open a work order.

yes, the system that stabilizes the network is for that, if you connect it to another it can cause problems, even to connect.

Does the stabilizer protect against power surges and abrupt outages?
