Xbox Series X - Standby mode turns console off fully

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps and the last resort will be resetting the console and removing everything. This will uninstall all of your games and apps but you can reinstall all of them later on.

This will be the last option to fix the issue.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly refresh your power settings by following the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power mode & start-up.

3. Select from the Power mode drop-down menu and change the setting to energy-saving mode.

After that perform a powercycle before changing it back to stanby mode.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

After that change it back to standby mode.
