Xbox Series X Snowrunner DLCs keep getting uninstalled

I have paid for the dlcs for snowrunner. They are installed to my console and working. But I keep having the problem of jumping into the game, playing on a dlc map and in the middle of it getting kicked back to the Xbox Home Screen. When I go back into the game all the dlc maps are locked and the trucks are gone. The dlcs are uninstalled when I was just playing on them a minute ago. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s happened twice today September 4,2022 and has happened a few different times in the past. If anyone has any advice as to how to fix the problem or what is going on it’s be greatly appreciated. I’m getting tired of having to reinstall the dlcs I was just using a minute ago.

Hi Razorpuncakes, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

After that try to play the game as usual but if ever it happens again, you may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps to remove any corrupted file that may be causing the issue.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, and games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I'm sorry for the trouble, Mr. If I may ask, were you able to see the DLC as "completed"?

Yes, I seen all the dlc's that I purchased. I also bought the year 1, 2 and 3 bundle yesterday. It still continues to not work

It didn't work. I own everything and it won't work. I was on the phone for an hour with Microsoft and nothing worked. It's just done.

If they're not showing from there please check all Microsoft accounts that you own.
