Xbox series x snow screen game crash

This thread is not new, discontinued but still and issue I purchased my system in 2022 and the methods from the previous thread that worked for others Have not helped such as . HDMI Switch , Tv Change , Display Settings , Reset/ uninstall game, disconnect of hard drive . I can load and turn on my system perfectly fine. But when I load into the dashboard the snow starts. I can watch YouTube Netflix SoundCloud HBO no problem. When it come to games each one glitches and crash and sometimes may turn off the system

Would I need just need to put in a support request

In case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with steps):

But if you already tried that, the next step will be request a repair order for your console buddy

Is there any kind of error code you are seeing when the game crashes back out to the main menu?

I am having a similar issue. I get into a game and the game crashes and brings me back to hom home screen. I am on a series X and purchased the game.

I’ve sent in my xbox series x twice now, waiting for the 3rd one to arrive. You definitely wont get the same xbox back. If the xbox doesn’t work this time I have to switch to the series S or goto playstation. (Game disc wouldn’t read, it would crash constantly.. or home screen me)

The game is actually freezing and crashing hard, and that since the last patch.....it really annoys me, NO

it's pissing me really off.

I can't play normal on a Xbox Series X without a crash or a freezing Game. Playing with Xbox Series X controller, 4K HDR 60FPS , cross play enabled (without crossplay the Xbox found no Matches )

The Game crashes 10 min into play, either when in a match or in menu.

I have conducted following troubleshooting steps: Reset the game, reinstalled the game, reset the console completly, reset the console, removed everything and nstalled BF2042 again....
