XBOX series X Shutting down when playing cricket 22

Same issue... Just **** the console down randomly... No other games do this

If after you have done all what Francia J has stated, and the console still turns off, then it could be an issue with the game, and contacting the developer about it might get the game fixed sometime in the future, as it could be a game bug causing the console to turn off.

Had to translate what you wrote lol. I'm not sure about Guardians of the Galaxy. I don't play that. Shame it shuts down for you though. Nothing worse when you want to play a game so bad. It was also the same for COD Vanguard. Not shutting down but game was very glitch and just unplayable.

As I have checked there are no reported issues for the game on an Xbox series X console which means that we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.



The first is to perform a powercycle on your console and make sure that the console is in a well-ventilated place. Here you go:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game as it can be corrupted.

Had the exact same issue right now.

Used to happen on my PS4 aswell.
