Xbox series x Screenshot error 0x82323001 Forza Motorsport 7

Hi,

Just recently got an Xbox Series X, and re-downloaded Forza 7. Am also on the insider program, but I cannot take any screenshots on Forza 7 as I get that error like so many others have. I have tried the unplug for 5 mins, restart console & wifi. Nothing works, it takes screenshots on all the other games I have just not Forza.

Help? Please ^_^

I'm sorry for the trouble. Would it be okay if you uninstall and reinstall the game?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We will follow the steps on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/...

"First please follow this:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Preferences.

3. Under Capture & share, please choose don't allow game captures

Then we will powercycle:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Lastly, Allow the game captures again:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Preferences.

3. Under Capture & share, please choose allow game captures"
