If that is the case, I would already suggest sending it in for service since you have already done doing a reset and still it did not help. This could already be a hardware problem.

Yeah I've swapped from one hdmi to another, I've gone on the settings and even changed the resolution and fps and I'm still getting the issue, after playing a game for too long it will make a horrible noise and the screen will go green sometimes causing my controller to disconnect and even losing connection to WIFI

Have you already tried using a different HDMI cable to see if that may be the problem? Most of the time, flickering issues are caused by a faulty HDMI cable.

Also, try a different TV or monitor to check if that is still the same.

I loaded up fifa last night and that's when I first encounted the issue, today I've followed loads of different instructions on here telling me to reset console and other options but I'm still having no luck. The screens even flickering on the xbox menu screen. Is this a hardware issue that needs me to send off to be repaired or is it something I can fix myself as everything I have tried so far just isn't working

Did you find the solution? I've noticed everyone with our issue has been recommended to send in for servicing. Mine is out of warranty and a $299 flat rate for servicing seems ridiculous to me. Especially, since it's basically a computer and all its parts are older now.
