Xbox series x/s worst gaming experience

This console has been a bane to my existence since the moment I started using it. The customer service and support is virtually non existent, and/or extremely difficult to access. The reps who "help" and by that I mean literally just made my problem worse sounded like he had no fucking clue what he was doing and was making the exact same google searches that I had been. Then the genius tells me to delete my account off of my xbox. I had repeatedly told the guy I did not have internet but he tried ( I knew it wasn't going to work like that) to assure me me that I could put my account back on while offline. I could not. So here's the deal; I use game pass, pay my monthly subscription and go to a friends house to download some games for a couple of weeks to presumably occupy my time until I can do it again. Almost immediately I was being told something along the lines of your game pass subscription needs renewed or logged in.. ok so it looks like the xbox needs set to offline before you leave internet fine I wait I go back I do the downloads and check to go offline before I leave. I'm still being told on a regular basis with almost 50% of my games that I just don't have a subscription when I'm not online. This a NOT console for people thinking oh I'll get game pass and download and go offline. Personally after dealing with the atrocious lack of experienced customer support, and the absolutely disgusting inability to use a product I spent money on I will be looking into playstation for the first time in 30yrs. Microsoft has more pressing concerns then its actual customers.

Obsessive Power

Hi,

A common problem when running newer games on such older hardware like the original Xbox One and Xbox One S. The Xbox One lacks the processing and graphics power of the Series X and S consoles. I'm afraid there isn't anything you can do to improve things
on your Xbox One. You'll need a Series X or S to get a better visual experience.

Luckily if or when you buy a Series X or S, your game will be updated to the Series version for free.

On the Xbox Series S|X, you can play all Xbox One games and a few original Xbox and Xbox 360 games. This is called backward compatibility. With backward compatibility on the Xbox Series S|X: You can play all digital Xbox One games.

However, some games are categorized in 2 different groups, one for Xbox S|X and then just for normal Xbox. The Xbox S|X game has more features than the normal one. So for better experience, its best to have Xbox S|X versions if you're using that console.

Because on my Xbox series x, it only shows 'Optimized for series x/s' but if a xbox series x version of a game is NOT 'optimized' how would i know if I'm playing a series x/s version of a game?

Well first there is no series s with a bluray drive

Xbox one s does and that isn't a series s

Xbox one games are compatible with xbox one games whenever it is one x or s

Series consoles are just xbox series NOT one s or x

They labeled series consoles that way for a reason to differentiate xbox one games from series games
