Xbox Series X/S Switch to All Access After Purchase

So I initially wanted to apply to the Xbox All Access program to get my Xbox Series X, however this link seemed to be more broken than the standalone link for the $499 option.

My question is: If I already have a Series X pre-ordered for the $499 option, is it possible to change it to the Xbox All Access option for the monthly payments IF I were to be approved by Citizens One?

Only selected retailers supply the All Access service, and it is now available on the MS Store unfortunately.

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. Most likely not. Did you preorder your Xbox Series X at the same retailer that offers All Access ? If so, i would recommend reaching out to the retailer to see if that is possible. Otherwise you can always cancel
the preorder you already have and make a new one with All Access when stock is available again.

If you don't trust the retailers, you'll never get an Xbox series x anytime soon.

I stay in the UK and one of those retailers has the Xbox series s and x available but you have to take it with Xbox all access to pay the console off over 2 years.

This retailer is the probably the only one autherised by Microsoft to sell the Xbox series s/x via Xbox all access in the UK.
