Xbox series X/S 'RT' button triping to plastic.

Hello, i searched all internet but i didn't find out my problem. I bought Xbox series s controller for my PC. I am playing F1 game and i need to use the ''RT'' or ''LT'' button realy sensitive. So when i using the RT button i am pushing (i mean like 'pushing' someone) to the button little bit right side for feel all the controll of car but it's tripping to plastic. if you have a Xbox one series s/x controller go and try to press RT button when you pushing right side. i have no idea what to do. if i open the controller and try to cut somehow that peace i will loose my guarantee. why developers didn't think that much simple thing?

I know same thing gonna happen if a try to exchange. its like engineering issue.

unfortunately as a player I can only guide you, the last word unfortunately is support.

I don't know what you're referring to, I have two controllers one for xbox one and one for series S and none of them have this engineering problem.

I have xbox one s controller but it doesn't have problem like this. I don't know why they add new plastic piece there for the new models. i am realy disappointed. I tried to reach microsoft him self but support team told me ''this controller not for driving, you should try with wheel.''

I tried to send tweet but they will not gonna answer. I just want to know they will not do something like for their next gen controllers. I will try to change my playing style but i am pressing same everytime. i am not doing on purpose. Thanks for your time, have a good day.
