    Xbox Series X/S pad repair


    I Recently sent my xbox series x/s pad back to microsoft for a repair, and while the repair has been done and iv received the pad back, im still experiencing "Ghost Inputs" on my left stick like just before i sent it off.

    this is frustrating because games are now acting without any input from me at all and having undesirable effects.

    is there any number i can call or a live chat with someone to speak too about this? iv gone thru the usual route and it's asking me too fill out a form again, but the form does not ask for any description of the fault or problem

    No such thing as an Xbox One Series X. The Xbox One family of consoles has an S and an X but are still just Xbox Ones. You need the Series family of consoles. The Xbox Series S or Xbox Series X. These are different from Xbox One S or Xbox One X.

    The "One" and "Series" are the console types.
