    xbox series x/s nat type teredo can't be found


    So This happened to my series x and s when I got home for some reason after my xboxes updated there is a glitch where it's saying I don't have a teredo however everything is still looking good with open nat and speeds but the networking end says no teredo explain this please. And help its annoying and I had to reset my modem and router thinking it was that but it was not. Is this a glitch and how does it go away.

    Hi stheklaw,

    sorry to hear but as Napalm 31337 say your net is verry slow. If you are still wireless connected -> use a RJ45 cable, it is much faster! Try to check if you find a faster DNS (for example opendns or Google or ..) usually faster than your ISP's.

    Are you and your friends on the same update version of the game? If any of you have the beta installes you will not be able to play together as you will not have the same in game features.

    I see that your PC seems ethernet connected, by the way, your router is an hardline or an 3G/4G/LTE based router?

    I ask that because I see a very high ping of 289ms that is a big problem in general for playng online.

    I may not know the specific problems for you, but I had some problems with Teredo myself early on and what worked for me is:

    1. If you have a laptop or an Intel network card, you need to update the drivers with Intel Driver & Support Assistant (earlier called Driver Utility).

    2. Just reboot the PC and check the setting as soon as you boot. If it doesn't qualify, repeat the process. It eventually worked.

    I have done this numerous times, but I haven't had to do it for many months.
