Hi there José welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Is this happening with all apps? (Steam, Xbox, Epic, etc.)

Also, I suggest uninstalling the accessories app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

Xbox one's arent compatible since they are over 10 years old and this include xbox one x

When xbox one games are made thwy just say xbox one not s or x

However for next gen games it's series s or x or both for digital releases only

The Series S and X controllers work on same devices the earlier controller can connect to. This includes:

Xbox One Game receiver for Windows 10

Bluetooth (PC, Android, iOS)

Xbox One, One S, X and Series X/S.

It doesn't work with next gen which shocked me. No ETA either.

Remote Play on Windows 10

• Known issue: Console streaming to a Windows 10 device from an Xbox Series X|S will not work through the Xbox Console Companion app.
