Xbox Series X|S headset connection issues, Turtle Beach, SteelSeries,...

May users having a problem with wireless headsets maintaining connection to console, while using wireless headsets. Seems to be an issue with how the headsets and controllers connect to the X|S consoles.

Can Microsoft work on a fix so that customers do not waste hundreds of dollars on headsets that do not work?

Godless what worked for me is I had to use the Xbox adapter that came with the Steelseries headset with the adapter. The turtle beach chat cable does not work with the steelseries. It works fine with my px5 connected to the adapted but for some reason
the turtle beach chat cable doesnt work with steelseries h wireless.

Never had an issue with Turtle Beach headsets. They pair well and hold their charge too.

Might want to try SteelSeries Arctis 7

You need to report problems to the people who make the product, as well as Microsoft, as they are in charge of their functionality.

Reporting them elsewhere will not get you help faster, and will simply delay the process as it travels through the layers to eventually reach the same people. They can alert their handlers at MS who can expedite the attention it needs.

i have astro A40 the are the best headset out there, but the are like £200. so get steelseries are good too and if you get a turtle beach headset you are better of geting x11 and not x31's as x31 are wireless x11 are wired.
