Xbox Series X|S gamepad turns off after about 15-20 minutes and its light is too bright

HI, friends! I'm really glad to see you here. I'm looking for some help. =)
I have Xbox Series X|S gamepad on my PC (Windows 10 x64) and I have a few questions:

1. Is it possible to disable a function, that automatically switchs off my gamepad when it connected via Bluetooth?
Let me explain. I use gamepad for navigate my operating system using Controller Companion application. And it's take time to get connection after a gamepad was switched off. Or, may be, is it possible to increase the online-time of gamepad. I don't care about saving charge, because I use accumulators. This situation makes me feel unhappy...)

2. Is it possible to disable or decrease brightness of logo lights?

Sometimes I use gamepad in the dark. And its lights distract me and glare on my glasses.

3. Is it possible to connect and use wired headset when your gamepad connected via Bluetooth?

Just want a little bore comfort.

1. I'm sorry there's currently no function to do that.

2. Sadly that is impossible as well. I'll suggest you use a tape over the logo if it becomes too bright for you.

3. I'm afraid that's not possible as well. You can't use a wired headset on a controller connected to a pc via Bluetooth.

for console yes as the new dark mode, were still waiting for the share button to work on pc, got it working with steam but anything else nope.

its not bluetooth doing it, the self off is built into the controller and there is no way to alter this, it does the same via the wireless adapter too.
