Xbox Series X|S Game Crash - Samurai Shodown 2019

Samurai Shodown 2019 game crashes to xbox home dashboard randomly upon entering multiplayer lobbies. This is happening to everyone I play with on the Series S and Series X consoles. The issue was first noticed on January 21, 2022. Since that day, it takes about 20 minutes to get everyone into the lobby as every players game will crash multiple times upon entering. Sometimes the player will finally make it into the lobby without the game crashing and another players enters and both players games will crash and they will have try again. It typically happens to the players entering the lobby but occasionally happens to the lobby host, then the entire lobby needs to be recreated. All players have attempted to reset their consoles, clear save data, clear cache, reinstall the game, make sure the game is installed on the internal hard drive with adequate extra space, NAT is Open, Network is good and all are directly connected. We never had the issue up until January 21, 2022. Did something happen on that day that could have caused this issue to occur for all players playing Samurai Shodown 2019 on the Series Consoles? It's happening to all regions.
