    Xbox series X/S controllers continue to disconnect


    I do know this has been asked and answered numerous times and the answer is microsoft is aware it is a software issue. Well, every month they push out updates and in the comments they discuss that they have fixed the issue for the controllers. If that is the case then why do my original two controllers have the same issue and now a brand new one purchased 9 Sep 22 has the same issue? It would be nice if microsoft would actually give an answer to us on how to either fix it ourselves or if they are actually going to fix it for everyone.

    My first guess would be interference. The 2.4GHz band is pretty crowded these days

    Hello Tman0107, by its description all controls have problems connecting to your console, correct?

    Have you tried connecting your controls on some other Xbox to see if the same happens?

    If it doesn't, this may be something related to the console's reception card.

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.
