Xbox Series X- Rogue company Game Chat randomly goes out

My game chat wont work on Tom Clancys or Rogue Company and i have adult settings so its not cause of my xbox or game

Hey AJ, the Xbox I am using is the series s. I am using a 1 terabyte for extra space. When it dashes me all I see is a black screen and no no era codes pop up when it dashes me. And I tried deleting it and redownloading it and it didn’t work.

- Is Rogue Company installed on your external storage? if it is, please move it to your console's storage, unplug the external storage unit (while your console is off), launch the game, and try getting into a match.

If both your console and Rogue Company are up to date, and launching the game from your console's storage didn't work, I'd suggest trying a soft factory reset. To do so, go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset console > Keep games and apps.

Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to complete this process.

* Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and the Xbox network, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.

its crazy cause a lot of people say there is no cross play audio in cross play game chats but yet rogue company has cross play and when you stream their audio is included so ****
